Evidence shows that companies often do not use their assets in ways which generate the most value. Firms often have assets with major hidden value, usually because of a focus on the traditional core markets.
Most firms have a wide range of assets from physical, human capital to intangible. This kind of strategic research and analysis allows you to find if there is likely to be any major hidden value in those assets, so you can better leverage it going forward.
We firstly apply tests to identify assets most likely to have hidden value. Then we apply a research methodology for finding what the value of the assets better leveraged could be; and identify strategies to do it.
