Market Maps
Market Maps provide a visual representation of your market. They show the opportunities (and threats) in your market in an easy to grasp format. Sizes and growth rates of opportunities (and threats) are contrasted in different areas.
Market maps make it much easier for staff to focus on important areas, rather than get side-tracked with issues which will have little impact. We’ve found them particularly useful with clients as a group strategy development tool.
We produce market maps using both survey and secondary data. They are usually based on measurements of broad needs of people, people numbers and spend, channel groups, market shares, competitive intensity, unserved customers, growth rates and latent value.
