Strategy Sessions

Strategy sessions are intermittent meetings e.g. quarterly /annual. We bring in a top business expert to work with your team (usually a half-day session) to devise strategy for the upcoming period.

Strategies most likely to be successfully implemented are ones your people responsible for implementation have a hand in developing. Where teams participate, in our experience, they also develop better strategies.

As well as bringing in a top business expert, we develop agendas for the sessions so you have a robust process to follow. We also document the session afterwards, so the output you have is a strategic plan for the team to work off.
